Investigation does not mean sharing everything
An inquiry can combine public records with notes or data that must remain inside the team. Ariadna requires those categories to be distinguished when defining the working environment. A source being public does not automatically make the whole case file suitable for transmission to any provider.
What the system contributes
When external models are involved, personal data passes through Varexis before leaving the controlled environment. The model can preserve relationships through opaque tokens without necessarily receiving real names or identifiers, and each protection operation can leave verifiable evidence.
Useful relationships without every identifier
When external models are used, Varexis can substitute controlled references for identifiers while preserving relationships needed for analysis. The team must know what crosses that boundary and what remains inside. Protection is defined for the actual flow rather than replaced with a promise of absolute anonymity.
Review access, retention and destination
Before sources are added, agree on who can consult the case, how supporting records are retained and which outputs can be shared. The investigation's purpose remains the reference point. Ariadna should support those decisions and retain a record of activity, not expand the use of supplied information on its own.
