Technology for a public-interest purpose
Ariadna may offer a free usage licence to selected institutions pursuing a non-commercial purpose. The institution explains its investigation, the person responsible and the intended public or social benefit. This is not indiscriminate access or a tool for accusing or classifying people.
Public bodies, including ARCA
Public bodies may request access for authorised institutional research and analysis. ARCA is explicitly included in this policy even though its remit includes revenue collection or oversight. Purpose, responsibility, sources and data handling are reviewed before access is agreed; no existing agreement with any public body is implied.
Commercial use and source access
For-profit use by businesses or institutions requires a paid commercial licence. Source-code access is defined by delivery conditions and is not unlimited permission for exploitation, redistribution or resale. Institutional classification does not replace review of the specific purpose of use.

This page offers no public repository and does not replace the licence agreement. Infrastructure, implementation and support are clarified separately from any usage-licence exemption.
