// THE CATEGORY

OrvixLabs is a hybrid agency.

OrvixLabs is a systems studio and technical consultancy that operates internationally. We design, build and operate private infrastructure with enterprise artificial intelligence.

// WHAT WE ARE NOT

We are not a traditional agency with humans doing everything. Nor a software company selling a tool. Nor a consultancy with freelancers using AI.

// WHAT WE ARE

An organization where human professionals design and decide, and a permanent staff of specialized AI agents executes operational tasks. Both work together, in proportions that change depending on the task.

// WHY IT MATTERS

Capacity no longer scales by hiring more people. It scales by instantiating more agents. That allows us to take larger projects with the same human structure and keep costs accessible for mid-sized companies.

Hybrid agency is not marketing. It is the real operational structure that makes an ecosystem like Ágora economically viable for companies that are not global corporations.

// Trademark and category in registration process. OrvixLabs is a trademark of Carlos Perasso, Necochea, Buenos Aires, Argentina.

// HYBRID AGENCY

Two sides that need each other: the human criterion that knows when the system gets it wrong, and the cognitive brain that processes volume without tiring. The synthesis is not a slogan; it is the operational decision not to deliver anything an expert human hasn't validated.

// OUR PRINCIPLES

Two principles that govern everything we build.

They are not slogans. They are product conditions. Every technical decision and every ethical decision of the OrvixLabs ecosystem is measured against these two.

// PRINCIPLE 1, TECHNICAL

Hamilton

Inspired by Margaret Hamilton, architect of the Apollo 11 flight software.

The system does not die. It runs degraded, but keeps running.

Every system built on IRIS or on Casandra has five layers of redundancy, automatic detection, self-healing, technical escalation, critical alert, human intervention only if all the previous ones failed. Hamilton designed Apollo 11 assuming something was going to fail. We design every product assuming the same.

// PRINCIPLE OF TECHNICAL RESILIENCE

// PRINCIPLE 2, ETHICAL

Magnifica Humanitas

Taken from the encyclical of Pope Leo XIV, published in May 2026.

Agents deliberate. Humans decide.

The ecosystem is designed for agents to deliberate, recommend and execute, but decisions that affect lives and companies are signed by a human. It is not a religious matter. It is a public cultural reference that frames the principle in a historical context larger than the product itself. Just as Hamilton gives weight to the principle of resilience, Magnifica Humanitas gives weight to the principle of human presence in decisions.

// PRINCIPLE OF ETHICAL RESPONSIBILITY

// THREE OPERATIONAL DIMENSIONS OF MAGNIFICA HUMANITAS

Technical

Agents are and will be on both sides of every commercial interaction. Products must work well when talking to humans as well as when talking to other agents. Outputs must be internally coherent, auditable, and must not depend on fooling the human on the other side. When the other side is another agent, that agent will detect the inconsistency.

Ethical

In decisions that affect lives and companies, humans do not disappear from the process. The system does NOT make autonomous decisions on critical matters, it delivers analysis with explicit confidence, recommendations with their foundation, verdicts with alternative scenarios. The final decision is signed by a human. There is no such thing as the system decided. There is the system deliberated, the human decided.

Operational

Each ecosystem deliverable, dossier, verdict, recommendation, carries an explicit footer mark, Casandra analysis, decision, human signature required. That mark is not decorative. It is a visible contract with the client about how the system works. It is what differentiates the OrvixLabs ecosystem from an OpenAI wrapper pretending to be the system that decides.

Hamilton makes the system technically reliable. Magnifica Humanitas makes the system ethically legitimate. Both are product conditions, not options.

// WHO WE ARE

OrvixLabs. Systems with proprietary architecture.

Who we are.

OrvixLabs is a systems studio and technical consultancy. We design, build, and operate private infrastructure with enterprise artificial intelligence.

Unlike large traditional integrators, we operate with a minimal human structure leveraged by specialized agents. What we offer to the market, we first prove inside our own operation.

Model: hybrid studio. Result: personalized, deep, agile solutions with ownership and control for the client. No lock-in. No black box. No empty demos.

We are the factory behind Vortica, IRIS SCE, and the tailor-made systems we build. A technology boutique focused on deep technical innovation without the bureaucracy of large corporations.

We operate remotely at international scale. Each system adapts to the regulations, local databases, and legal frameworks of the client's country.

// MANIFESTO

What we believe.

// 01

Enterprise systems must outlive their vendors.

// 02

If a system cannot be explained, audited, and sustained, it is not architecture.

// 03

AI is a component, not a product.

// 04

Your company, your data, your control.

// 05

We design for real results, not for demos.

// HOW WE WORK

Speed and judgment.

A human team that leads, a staff of specialized agents that executes, all coordinated by IRIS, our proprietary brain. Software speed, consulting judgment, accessible cost. Every client receives a system designed for their reality, not a generic SaaS version.

// HOW WE SERVE

We operate at international scale.

We work remotely with clients in any country. Each system adapts to the regulations, local databases, and legal frameworks of the territory where the client operates.

OrvixLabs is a hybrid agency.

TM

A hybrid agency TM is an organization where humans and artificial intelligence agents work together under a proprietary cognitive brain to design and build enterprise systems. It is not a traditional agency with AI tools bolted on. It is not a software company with a support team. It is a new form of productive organization.

OrvixLabs redefines the category in 2026: we scale by adding agents to the proprietary brain IRIS, not by adding people. Every client receives a system designed for their reality, not a generic version of a SaaS.

The result is software speed, consulting quality, and accessible cost. All three simultaneously.

// THE HAMILTON PRECEPT

Systems that do not fail.

There is a woman we deeply admire. Her name is Margaret Hamilton. In 1969, while the United States was sending humans to the Moon, she led the MIT team that wrote the flight software for the Apollo missions. Hamilton coined the phrase "software engineering" when no one yet called what programmers did engineering.

Her precept was simple and radical: at some point, someone is going to make a mistake. A person, a component, a line of code. Something will fail. And when it does, the system must stay alive.

That conviction saved two crews. On Apollo 8, a routine executed by human error self-corrected thanks to Hamilton's architecture. During the Apollo 11 lunar descent, minutes before Armstrong stepped onto the Moon, the module's computers became saturated due to a radar load fault. Hamilton's software prioritized critical tasks and discarded secondary ones in real time. They descended. They landed. They came home.

OrvixLabs works under the same precept. Every system we build assumes that something, at some point, will fail. And when it does, there is a plan: automatic detection, self-healing, escalation to Claude Code, alert classified by severity, human intervention only if everything before has exhausted its answers.

This is not caution. This is engineering. The difference between a system that breaks at the first unforeseen event and one that keeps operating because the unforeseen was contemplated from day zero.

Carlos Perasso, founder of OrvixLabs, grounds all of his practice in this precept. Margaret Hamilton is the woman he admires most in the world.
