Sensors, compatible cameras, access systems, climate, lighting and other equipment contribute signals. Each source remains identifiable: the system does not blend everything into one certainty.
Then it builds context.
Argos Home relates who may be present, the time of day, environmental conditions, which devices respond and what information is missing.
Then it decides what level of response is appropriate.
Sometimes it does nothing. Sometimes it informs. Sometimes it recommends. Sometimes it asks. Only when authorized may it execute an action.
Finally it checks what actually happened.
Sending a command does not mean the physical world responded. The system can observe again to verify whether a light turned on, a gate changed state or the temperature began to correct.
