// ECOSYSTEM
One system per problem. One shared memory for the whole company.
Ágora is OrvixLabs' modular cognitive ecosystem: a family of applied artificial intelligence systems that can operate independently or connect to each other sharing identity, memory and context. Five systems, one deliberative engine, and a common layer.
There is no all-or-nothing here. One system per pain, and an ecosystem when it makes sense.
// OrvixLabs is a hybrid agency. Argentine systems studio and technical consultancy based in Necochea, Buenos Aires. We design, build and operate private infrastructure with enterprise artificial intelligence.
// GRADUAL ADOPTION
Not one system. Five that coexist.
Each company starts with the system that hurts the most and adds the others when the first one already works. Standalone mode from day one. Ecosystem mode when two or more are connected and start sharing context.
// THE FIVE SYSTEMS
Five systems. One engine. One memory.
Each system solves a specific problem and can be implemented separately. When connected, they share identity, memory and context with the others.
Omnira
CaduceusOmnichannel customer engagement
Unifies WhatsApp, email, voice, Instagram, web chat and SMS into a single conversation with the customer. One inbox, one history, one memory.
Sibila
CasandraSales intelligence and prospecting
Finds companies with real buying signals before the competition. Deliberated dossiers, multichannel contact and AI voice.
Cosmos
JanusOrders, stock and operational order
Takes the chaos of orders arriving through a thousand channels and returns them ordered, validated and traceable. One source of truth.
Polaris
PyxisAftersales, retention and growth
Keeps the relationship alive after the sale. Detects churn, executes campaigns and identifies expansion opportunities.
Némesis
CasandraCritical decision audit
Examines high-impact decisions before they execute: contracts, investments, hires, launches. Three independent views that contrast each other.
// THE DELIBERATIVE ENGINE
Casandra: the engine thinking underneath.
All Ágora systems run on Casandra, our proprietary cognitive engine. Not a language model nor an API wrapper. An adversarial deliberation architecture where every decision passes through a reasoner, a verifier and a challenger before going out. Zero blind trust, full auditability, explicit confidence score on every output.
Meet Casandra// SHARED IDENTITY AND MEMORY LAYER
One single memory of the company.
The cross-cutting layer where all five systems write and read. What Sibila discovers about a prospect, Omnira uses in the first conversation. What Cosmos detects as a recurring customer, Polaris activates as an expansion opportunity. What Némesis learns from one audited decision, becomes precedent for the next. Persistent, contextual, traceable memory.
Unified identity
Every person and company any system interacts with is recorded with a unique identifier.
Shared context
Conversations, decisions and events stay available to any system authorized to read them.
Persistent memory
Not wiped between sessions. Builds a continuous history of each customer and each decision.
Full traceability
Every read and write is logged. Auditable backwards, when needed.
// TWO WAYS TO START
One system alone, or the whole ecosystem.
You don't have to start with everything. Each Ágora system can be contracted separately and solves a specific problem from day one. When you need more, the others plug in and share everything they already know.
Standalone mode
Start with the system that solves your biggest pain today. Sibila if you need to generate commercial opportunities. Omnira if customer service is collapsing. Cosmos if orders are getting lost. Each system works on its own, with its own interface and its own results.
Ecosystem mode
When you add more systems, the nature of the thing changes. They start reading each other, passing context, coordinating actions. Sibila tells Omnira when to call, Cosmos tells Polaris when to trigger a campaign, Némesis audits the decisions of all the others. A common brain for an entire company.
// HOW WE START
From the first conversation to a system in production.
Operational diagnostic
No charge. A one-hour conversation where we map critical flows, leakage points and the most costly processes. We leave with a concrete plan, not a generic proposal.
First system implementation
We start with the system solving the most urgent pain. Setup, integrations with your current stack, data loaded, team trained. Two to six weeks depending on complexity.
Monitored operation
The system goes into production with us along. Automatic fault detection, fine-tuning on the fly, real metrics you can audit.
Demand-driven expansion
If it makes sense, we add another system. If not, we stay where value is proven. You set the pace.
We don't sell closed packages or per-user licenses. We sell working systems, operated by us, charged monthly for value delivered.
// FAQ
Frequently asked questions about Ágora
What exactly is Ágora? +
Ágora is OrvixLabs' modular cognitive ecosystem. Five applied AI systems (Omnira, Sibila, Cosmos, Polaris, Némesis) running on a common deliberative engine (Casandra) sharing an identity and memory layer. Each system can be contracted separately or as a set.
Do I have to start with all five systems? +
No. Each system solves a specific problem on its own and is contracted separately. Most clients start with one (whichever hurts most today) and add others as the business case emerges. The more systems you have, the more they leverage each other.
How is it different from other SaaS tools? +
Ágora is not a multi-tenant SaaS. Each client gets a dedicated installation, with its own database, its own memory and its own engine. Data never mixes with another company's. We operate the infrastructure, you own the information.
Does it replace my CRM or ERP? +
No. Ágora integrates with what you already use. It connects to your CRM, ERP, database, messaging and telephony tools. It adds a cognitive layer on top, it does not replace what works.
How is it priced? +
Fixed initial implementation according to complexity, plus a monthly fee per system in operation. We don't charge per user or per usage volume. External AI model costs are paid by you directly to the provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google), with your own keys.
