// COGNITIVE AUDIT

Before you sign, submit it to the tribunal.

Némesis is a cognitive auditing system for business decisions. The user presents a decision they are about to make. A tribunal of virtual specialists deliberates on it. A refuting agent attacks it. The system delivers an honest dictum, with a verdict, a single governing confidence level, and an explicit declaration of what could not be concluded. Némesis is built not to flatter you. Its Sentinel agent systematically attacks the tribunal's conclusion and, if the refutation succeeds, forces a new round of deliberation.

Built not to flatter you.

// THREE-AGENT TRIBUNAL

Before signing the big contract, submit it to the tribunal.

Defender, prosecutor and judge. Three agents who don't share incentives deliberate on your decision before you make it. The verdict isn't 'approved' or 'rejected'. It's what arguments stood and what information is still missing to decide well.

// WHAT IT SOLVES

Three pains it addresses.

Deciding alone, with no one to contrast with

The mid-market SMB owner decides alone or with a close circle that doesn't contradict them. No board, no fractional CFO, no Vistage. The product is the rigorous sparring partner that owner cannot find in their environment.

The flattering assistant that tells you what you want to hear

ChatGPT and generalist assistants are trained to be helpful and please the user. For an important decision that is dangerous. Némesis is built on the opposite premise: the answer must survive the attack.

The decision is already made, it just needs auditing

Often the owner already has the decision in their head but wants to validate it honestly. Without a system actively attacking the decision, that validation ends up being self-confirmation.

// CORE FUNCTIONS

What it does concretely.

// 01

Admission and QA Gate

The submission is not a chat box: it is structured. The system enumerates the data it needs to deliberate honestly. If critical data is missing, it refuses to produce a dictum.

// 02

Tribunal of virtual specialists

A panel of agents with specialized profiles (financial, commercial, operational, legal, strategic) deliberates on the decision, contrasting competing hypotheses and refuting weak assumptions.

// 03

Refuting Sentinel agent

Once the tribunal reaches a conclusion, the Sentinel agent actively attacks it. If the refutation succeeds, it forces a new round. The final verdict survived that attack.

// 04

Dictum with governing verdict

The final dictum delivers an explicit verdict (proceed / do not proceed / reformulate / request more data), a single confidence level, and a clear declaration of what could not be concluded.

// 05

Full traceability

Every audited decision is registered with the original submission, each specialist's positions, the Sentinel's refutation line, and the path to the verdict. Auditable, reproducible, defensible.

// 06

Decision memory per company

Each audited decision feeds the institutional memory. The system learns the company's specific criteria and context for future deliberations.

// WHO IT IS FOR

Target audience.

  • Critical decisions: taking on a large client, signing a relevant contract, hiring a key executive, opening a new line, taking on debt, changing channels
  • Industries with real operational weight: industry, construction, agribusiness, logistics, foreign trade, professional services
  • Companies that already have Sibila or Polaris and want to audit the decisions the system pushes

// FAQ

Frequently asked questions about Némesis

Does Némesis replace a human consultant? +

No. Némesis is the step before the human consultant. Before calling the accountant, the lawyer or the strategy consultant, the owner audits the decision with Némesis. That reduces noise and better prepares the consultation with the human expert. It doesn't replace them: it complements them.

What happens if I frame the decision poorly? +

The QA Gate detects incomplete or biased framings before deliberation starts. If the decision is poorly formulated or critical information is missing, Némesis does not produce a dictum, it asks for reformulation or additional data. That is a feature, not a bug.

Do my decisions stay confidential? +

Yes. Némesis operates within the client's infrastructure. Audited decisions stay in the company's private memory. No global models are trained with that data nor is it shared with third parties.
