// JANUS ENGINE

// OPERATIONAL ORDER

The order that begins at the threshold.

Cosmos takes the chaos of orders arriving through a thousand channels, email, WhatsApp, phone, web, turns them into a single clean and structured order, and controls stock in real time so the company never sells what it doesn't have. One single entry point. One single source of truth. Cosmos doesn't replace the ERP, it feeds it with reliable orders.

One door. One source of truth.

// CHAOS IN, ORDER OUT

Orders don't come in tidy.

They come in chaotic through six channels that don't talk to each other. Cosmos normalizes them against your real catalog, reconciles stock across channels and sends them to the ERP ready to process. It's not an ERP, it sits on top of the one you already have.

// WHAT IT SOLVES

Three pains it addresses.

Manual processing that doesn't scale

Orders arrive from everywhere and someone loads them by hand, one by one. An operation processing tens of thousands of orders per week manually doesn't have a people problem: it has a process problem.

Overselling due to lack of single source

The last unit is sold on the web but the salesperson hasn't loaded it yet. Another salesperson takes the same order via WhatsApp and confirms it. When they go to load it, there's no stock. The customer already paid.

Picking errors that reach the customer

The rushed operator, with orders arriving through three channels at once, picks wrong: sends the same item twice, confuses variants, skips items. When the order arrives structured, validated and unambiguous, the error rate drops.

Zero visibility and zero traceability

Without a single point, no one knows how many orders came in today, through which channel, how many are pending, or where the operation gets stuck. Cosmos makes measurable an operation that today runs blind.

// CORE FUNCTIONS

What it does concretely.

// 01

Unified multichannel ingest

Everything arriving via email, WhatsApp, phone, web form or API drops into a single queue. The 'check the other WhatsApp too' problem ends.

// 02

Intelligent order structuring

An AI agent turns disorganized text, free email, WhatsApp audio, transcribed call, into a structured order and resolves it against the client's real catalog.

// 03

Real-time stock control

Every validated order discounts and reserves against a single source of truth. Two salespeople cannot sell the same last unit.

// 04

Catalog validation

Resolves each item against real SKUs and variants (sizes, colors, presentations). What it doesn't understand confidently, it doesn't make up: it sends to human review.

// 05

Existing ERP integration

It doesn't replace the ERP. It connects and feeds it with clean, validated and traceable orders. Compatible with SAP, Oracle, Tango, Bejerman, Calipso.

// 06

Operational dashboard

Full visibility: orders per channel, per hour, per status, average processing time, error rate, most requested products, where the flow gets stuck.

// WHO IT IS FOR

Target audience.

  • Wholesalers and distributors with orders across multiple channels
  • Industrial companies with complex supplier chains
  • Retail and apparel with stock fragmented between branches and ecommerce
  • Restaurants, delivery, cafes with orders via WhatsApp, app, phone and counter

// FAQ

Frequently asked questions about Cosmos

Does Cosmos replace my ERP? +

No. Cosmos is the order ingest and validation layer. Its boundary is deliberately narrow: it ends when it delivers a clean and structured order to the ERP. That discipline is part of the product.

What does it do when the agent doesn't understand an order? +

Cosmos operates on a firm principle: what it doesn't understand confidently, it doesn't make up. It sends the order to human review with full context, doubt points highlighted, and probable options. The human resolves and the system learns for similar cases.

How does it integrate with WhatsApp and other channels? +

When connected with Omnira, it receives orders directly from the unified inbox. When used standalone, it connects to WhatsApp with the official API or Evolution API, to mailboxes, and to web form webhooks.
