A machine does not work in isolation
Consumption, idle time and maintenance relate to an asset's role in the plant. The application brings those signals together to examine situations that an individual alarm cannot explain. The aim is asset context, not more notifications for every measurement.
What the system contributes
For metalworking, process plants and factories with many machines: motors, vibration, temperature, electrical consumption, demand peaks, idle time, lighting, HVAC, availability and condition-based maintenance. The system builds a coherent view of connected assets instead of turning every sensor into an isolated alarm.
From a signal to a maintenance question
Changes in vibration or temperature may warrant review without proving a specific failure. Combining them with history and operation supports more precise questions. Technical staff retain assessment and can reject a hypothesis or request another measurement.
Improvements that can be compared
Assets and observable criteria are agreed before expansion. Evaluation can examine availability, consumption and alert usefulness without promising universal savings or predictions. Integration includes the team's knowledge in interpretation rather than displacing it with an automatic recommendation.
