One person, several conversations
A customer may ask on the website and continue through another channel. Without shared context the second interaction starts from scratch. Gustave H. aims to retain relevant information for continuity, provided identity and permissions allow those conversations to be linked appropriately.
What the system contributes
WhatsApp, voice, email and web can share identity and operational context instead of acting as four unrelated bots. Useful memory is bounded by permissions, purpose and retention policies.
Remember what matters, not everything
Useful memory includes the request, known status and relevant background. It does not mean keeping every personal detail indefinitely or mixing different customers' information. Purpose, access and retention are defined as part of the operation.
A handoff that keeps the thread
A person taking over needs to know what was requested, which sources were checked and what remains pending. That summary reduces repetition and avoids presenting a failed action as completed. If identity cannot be confirmed across channels, continuity is limited until the necessary verification rather than guessing who is speaking.
