The engine interprets; protocol sets the boundary
ARGOS AIE provides perception and context. Argos Emergency applies them to response and continuity scenarios using site-defined sources and protocols. Relating signals does not itself authorise an evacuation or critical physical action.
What the system contributes
ARGOS AIE models missing information, age, confidence and post-action verification. Degradation is part of the design.
Information needs explicit states
The architecture distinguishes observations, hypotheses, alerts and confirmations. Low-coverage information does not gain certainty merely by combination. Outputs preserve origin and freshness so responsible people can review what is supported and what needs additional checking.
Design for difficult conditions
Power, communications and sensors can fail when most needed. Technical scope includes those losses and the capabilities that remain available. Tests involve site decision-makers, keep essential systems independent and avoid promises of unlimited continuity where physical resources are insufficient.
