Know what information exists and what is missing
Depending on the scenario, deployment may combine service states, occupancy and other authorised signals. Availability and quality vary. Making limits visible before an incident helps agree on usable information and necessary human confirmation.
Rehearse an alert's whole journey
Useful testing traces an event to notification receipt and a responsible decision, including communication loss and conflicting signals. Software installation is not a promise of safe evacuation. Evaluation examines support for approved procedures and restrictions when information is insufficient.
