Shared security does not make private life public
Living in a community does not authorise anyone to inspect residents' schedules and movements. Argos Countries separates operational information from household privacy. Deployment defines observation areas and permissions, with explicit boundaries between shared spaces and homes.
What the system contributes
The design prioritizes local processing, role-based access and retention defined by the community.
Administration does not receive everything by default
Access, visitor records and incidents have different purposes and may need different retention periods. Roles are reviewed so each person sees what they need. Shared infrastructure does not mean sharing every record among residents, security and suppliers.
Explain information handling before installation
The community needs to know what is recorded, where processing occurs and how authorised alerts are sent. External communication belongs in agreed scope. Local AI is not a guarantee of anonymity; handling must remain limited, inspectable and aligned with organisational responsibilities.
