What the system contributes
A signal at a closed perimeter, a park, a pool or a common hall does not mean the same thing. Argos can maintain zone-specific rules and context.
Expected use changes interpretation
A space occupied during scheduled activity differs from one used without authorisation. Agreed schedules and conditions help prioritise review. Observation stays within approved areas and purposes; it must not extend inside homes for technical convenience.
Coverage that can be explained
Observed zones, available devices and information limits are identified. Failures are not hidden behind a quiet dashboard. The aim is coherent operation with contextual alerts and known procedures, not total-surveillance promises or replacement of security staff.
