What the system contributes
Each actor requests capacity for a time window. The platform knows what was requested, allocated and remains available without exposing unnecessary commercial information between competitors. Tracking can combine mobile apps, existing devices, cameras or checkpoints.
Visibility without oversharing
Participants may need slot availability and restrictions without seeing others' commercial transactions. Design limits shared information and its purpose. Tracking uses agreed means and preserves their limitations, never treating missing information as a confirmed arrival.
Exceptions need an owner
Delays and priority changes should be reviewed against current rules. The system identifies who needs to intervene and which allocations may be affected. Decisions over a common resource gain context and a record, rather than allowing automation to distribute capacity without approved policy.
