The circuit must not depend on a lit screen
Coordination tools can fail, lose connection or receive incomplete data. That possibility belongs in the design from the beginning. Essential operations need a continuity procedure that responsible people understand and can use without waiting for every source to return.
What the system contributes
A system outage should not stop the circuit. Gates and essential operations retain a degraded mode and records are recovered afterward. Intelligent coordination sits above operational continuity; it does not replace it.
Fewer functions, clearer limits
Degraded operation may provide less visibility or require more human input. It must be shown explicitly rather than presenting a false normal state. Not every automated decision remains appropriate after confirmation from part of the circuit is lost.
Recover without duplicates or inventions
When connectivity returns, records and allocations must be reconciled with events during the interruption. Testing covers that recovery, not just restarting the system. Continuity is agreed with the physical operation: intelligence complements procedures instead of replacing them with a new dependency.
