Protecting a place should not expose its life to outsiders
Cameras, access records and routines reveal much about people using a space. Argos Security proposes processing under organisational control and an explicit retention policy. Security should not become a reason to share images or movements with providers outside the authorised purpose.
What the system contributes
Schedules, images, movement and presence describe how people live or work. Argos Security can be designed to process that information locally and share only what is strictly necessary.
Retention, access, cameras, alerts and escalation are configured as system rules, not informal promises.
See what is necessary for response
An operator may need to inspect an event without accessing a person's entire history. Permissions follow responsibility and purpose. Operational information remains distinct from insufficiently supported conclusions about identity or behaviour.
External alerts follow agreed routes
If a notification leaves the site, its contents and recipients are defined. That is not permission for continuous image transmission. Deployment explains those outputs and supports review of access and retention, without promising absolute isolation where authorised external communication exists.
