Better prepared for a human conversation
Researching an operator is not the same as building a relationship. The platform can prepare background, expose gaps and organise information, while the team knows counterparts, constraints and priorities that sources may not contain. That experience is not replaced by an automatic recommendation.
What the system contributes
The system researches, prioritizes and prepares material. Institutional relationships, negotiation and the decision over which opportunity to pursue remain human. Accumulated memory prevents knowledge from depending on who attended a meeting or remembers a precedent.
A proposal open to discussion
Material should explain why an opportunity deserves review and the assumptions behind it. The team can disagree, add context or decide not to proceed. Retaining those reasons prevents the same suggestion from returning as though it had never been evaluated.
Continuity without losing responsibility
Institutional memory helps personnel changes preserve research and background. It does not remove responsibility for contact, negotiation or decisions. Work starts by defining strategic questions, permitted sources and reviewers. The system supports the team; it does not become an authorised representative by default.
