What changes with Argos Workplace?+
It is an ambient-intelligence system for offices and workplaces that coordinates rooms, comfort, access and resources according to real activity without forcing people to manage the building.
What should not be treated as certainty?+
A room may be reserved, empty or occupied unexpectedly. Understanding those states helps operational staff prepare it or investigate an issue. It does not mean measuring individual productivity or turning presence into a performance rating. The focus is the place's operation.
How is my deployment defined?+
Available occupancy, schedule and operational sources are agreed. Integrations follow permissions and purpose. Context and signals guide proposed or authorised adjustments. A booking is not proof of presence, and absence does not justify every environmental change.
What happens if something stops working?+
Users need to change conditions and staff resolve incidents. Tests cover changed meetings, unbooked occupancy and device failures. The cognitive layer must not block normal controls or hide missing sources. Continuity belongs in the operational journey.
Who can inspect the information?+
Access, schedule and occupancy information is limited to operating spaces. It must not automatically be reused to assess personal performance. Roles and retention are agreed; private processing does not itself authorise broader observation.
Who stays in control?+
Facilities staff may need room occupancy without knowing a meeting's content. Connections to other systems preserve that distinction. Authorised outputs and access are documented so people can understand their environment, rather than receive only a generic privacy statement.
What is checked before wider use?+
Acceptance covers arrival, meetings, manual changes, absence and incidents. It reviews what was prepared, what needed confirmation and what was not executed. Expansion follows an understandable experience and records. Productivity or savings are not promised without supporting measurements.
