IRIS SCE separates jobs that ordinary assistants usually collapse together: propose, challenge, compare, refute and consolidate. Each role receives enough context to perform its task but no automatic authority over the outcome. The advantage is not agent count; it is preventing a single reading from becoming dominant without challenge.
Disagreement is information
When two analyses reach different conclusions, IRIS does not hide the conflict behind diplomatic wording. The disagreement remains visible, supporting evidence is identified and the missing facts required for closure are made explicit.
Shared context without contamination
Participants work over a common durable state while receiving structured, task-specific views. This reduces noise, unnecessary data exposure and conclusions driven by irrelevant context. Traceability preserves who claimed what and on what basis.
Where it adds the most
Technical design, complex review, multi-department operations, policy analysis, conflicting incident narratives and any process where one perspective is too fragile. IRIS can operate alone or as a deliberation layer around other OrvixLabs engines.
One rule does not change
Consensus is not truth. Important outputs retain evidence, uncertainty and final human authority. IRIS organizes reasoning; it does not turn a model majority into permission to act.
